Does Universal and IOA have family bathrooms like WDW? If so, are there many or just one per park???
Thanks! :surfweb:

I don't remember seeing any family restrooms at either park :sad2: - if they were there I didn't see them. I know I looked several times for a family restroom because I usually took a restroom break while my DH rode with my DS7 and I preferred taking my stroller in a family restroom. Most times I kept my DS2 in a stroller and the stroller would usually fit in a handicapped stall. It would be nice if they did add several family restrooms throughout the park.

They have two in each park. They are inside the First Aid/Health Service buildings.

Here are where the Health Services are:

At Universal, one is near Vacation Services to the right of the turnstiles. The other is by BeetleJuice.

At IoA, one is inside the Guest Service lobby to the right of the turnstiles. The other is near Poisiden's Fury.

Is there a reason why they have so few family restrooms or why they are located in health services? I'm not usually going to look for a restroom in health services. I know I visited guest services at IOA twice and never saw a restroom sign either time (and I was looking for a restroom during my first trip in!)

Maybe because the parks aren't as big as the Disney parks.

They have a health services at each end of the park about equal distance apart. One is near the front of each park and the other is closer to the back or midway point.

There isn't a restroom sign in the IOA Guest Service Lobby. The health services door is inside the Guest Service Lobby. Once you go into health services you will see it.

There are also nursing facilities for breastfeeding with comfortable chairs/couches etc. in Health services.

i don't know, but the bathrooms at universal are definitely cleaner than the bathrooms at disney.

Absolutely. I can count on one hand the times I've been in a Universal bathroom when I DIDN'T see an attendant in there cleaning them. I think it's amazing how clean the UO rest rooms are kept.
