Hello All,

Travelling early June & using Magical Express for the first time;

One of our party is anxious to know if there are facilities on the busses used? We're staying at Coronado so should we expect a number of stops at other resorts rather than a direct bus?

Thanks! :)

There is a bathroom on the bus. There could be a number of stops, or direct, depending on who ends up on your bus. I stayed at Coronado last year, and the Magical Express bus had Coronado and Animal Kingdom Jambo and Kidani folks on it. We stopped at Coronado first.

Brilliant, thank you for your reply, really useful! :)

Coronado Springs is our "home" resort. Each time we've used the Magical Express we've always been the first resort to get dropped off. Don't know why but it just works out that way.

My kid is like a moth to a flame with those bathrooms on the busses. He can pee right before we board, and will still need to use it when we get on - the novelty, I assume.

Nice to know it is there, however, should I ever need it :)

Enjoy your vacation!

We've stayed at CSR and have had the bus stop at other resorts first. I think the DME resorts and order can change based on need. Even when we've stopped at 2 other resorts first, we were on the bus for about an hour max.

Thank you! We can’t wait!

Glad to hear from a few people that there have always been facilities available should they be needed.. I wondered if it may have been one of those situations where there is a bathroom but is more often than not ‘out of order’ as per other coach travel, I’m sure this would be very un-Disney! Thanks again everyone :)

I admit I used it once as well! Had an adult beverage, and really needed to go! It was strange to go on a bus, but glad they had it there!

There is a bathroom and only once have I seen anyone use it.
I have always been the one that has to pee everywhere I go and I've never even felt the urge to go on DME lol.
My party always goes to the bathroom just prior to checking in at DME and then we are set until we arrive at the resort.

My husband has used the bathroom on DME (I've used the one on the DCL transfer). In all of the years we've been using this service, only one time has the restroom been out of order. There are two restrooms near DME loading and suggest that those be utilized before boarding just in case.

There is a bathroom on the bus but I remember one of our DME drivers stressing that it was for "emergency use" though no one enforced this. I have a nervous bladder and just knowing that there was an option of using the bus bathroom was enough for me. I never actually needed it.

I would use the airport bathroom and pray I get to resort within an hour
No drinking on the bus, can prevent the use of a bathroom :)

I've had to wait over an hour just to get to a bus. Taken almost 3 hours once to get to resort. DME is hit or miss.

Is there a bathroom at MCO near ME ?

Yes.

According to the map in the MCO app there is a mens, women's and companion care ("unisex") washroom located along the back wall of the DME area just past the DME checkin counter, and a men's and women's behind the elevator close to the doors out to the buses [if you are in line to the buses they are to your left].

We've used the ones behind the elevator.
