Yes, but you have to be careful which side you use. One way is 120(US) and the other is 220(EU).

It seems it falls in the prohibited items "gray zone". It's an electrical appliance that does not appear in the specified prohibited items, nor in the exceptions. It MIGHT be confiscated during embarkation.
