Bathroom lights at VGC

The bathroom lights here are on timers and turn off after a few minutes. This is the first time we have dealt with them and it has been very annoying. Last night they went off before I could get out of the shower and I was left in the dark. Any way around this?

Are they on motion detectors or on timers? If they were on motion detectors you could jump out of the shower every so often. Yeah, that would really work, right? I'd notify MS and tell them your problem and see what they do.

I have seen them at WDW DVC resorts to. Just move and they go back on.

Well it depends where the motion sensor is. If you are in the shower and the motion sensor is on the other side of the bathroom, you can’t just move in front of the sensor.

We have never had this issue before. Not sure if it’s new or these are just weird. Not a huge issue but really annoying. It happened several times today while my DD was in the bath.

We were at the Grand Californian in a one bedroom in March, I don't think we had this issue with the lights in the bathroom....

That's odd. We've never had that issue there. I actually don't remember there being motion detector lights in the bathroom. I thought they were regular old light switches.
