Bat help

I'm pretty new to VMK.... I've reading up, but I haven't found where to buy or win the pin that allows you to change into a bat. Can somebody give me some advice? The old threads make it sound like you have to trade for it or win it.

you can usually buy it around halloween. Start saving it costs 10,000 credits in the past

or you can trade for it sooner.
