Basketball at FW

Got a DH and DD who will no doubt want to spend some time on the basketball courts. Are there basketballs available to check out, or do I need to pick up a cheap one at Wal-Mart on our first grocery run?

I'm sure you can get one at the Bike Barn, but I'd just get my own. It would save time when they want to hit the hoops.

It has been a few years since mine played at the playground, but they had a box at the basketball court with a basketball in it. It was always there, but that may have changed.

Good idea---we'll check the court first and then pick one up at WM if we need one. Don't want to waste time having to track one down at the bike barn or elsewhere if we don't have to.

My son just informed me that you have to get one at the bike barn. He brought his own.

They used to keep it in a box right underneath the basketball net, but people kept taking them, so now you have to go to the bike barn and they will give you one to use free of charge. You just have to return it when your done.
