I love making gift baskets! I did this last time -- put all the items in a biggish celophane bag, fill w/goodies and to label each bag used different colored mickey head paint chips (from Home Depot) and put a sticker with the first initial of each child. Another idea for a gift bag is an actual swim gear bag from the
Disney Store (might be a great price before you leave for your trip) -- I like to shop at Disney Store (great clearance deals often!) and Target. Here are some ideas:
* swim suit, towel, goggles
* flip flops, sunglasses
* light spinners, glow necklaces, glow bracelets
* character flashlights
* disposable cameras
* Disney plush
* Disney t shirts
* mini M&M tubes filled with sets of 2 quarters, 1 penny for the penny
press machines
* photo albums, autograph books
* hat/baseball cap
* chapstick
* beachball (for the pool)
* Disney pins for trading
* tickets to
MNSSHP, BBB, invitation to a character meal, pirate cruise,
etc. !
* Disney pajamas
fun family project: make autograph books by downloading clipart or using stickers.. you can use index card books, pre-bound books, or have your own paper bound at Fedex/Kinkos for about $5 each. The characters give a lot of attention
I put the items in my luggage and lock it with a zip tie -- or you can ship it to yourself at your resort.
