There use to be a few Manilow fans on here that were on the old Barry message boards YEARS ago. I don't know if they are still here but, my daughter bought me 2nd row seats for the Sacramento concert which happens to be on my birthday. I'm extremely happy but, you know in your soul this is the last time you will see him. We aren't youngin's anymore.

My mother likes some of Barry Manilow's music and she has one of his albums and I didn't know Barry Manilow was going on tour this summer. I wonder if this is gonna be his farewell tour? I like Barry Manilow too but the only song I like is Can't Smile Without You because it reminds me of an episode of the game show Press Your Luck where a lady won Barry Manilow tickets and when she won the game they played that song at the end of the episode. It's hard to believe that Barry Manilow is still singing with a lot of energy and being in his 80's Barry can still show his awesomeness
Hope you enjoy the concert when you see it

My late boyfriend and I saw his act in Vegas a couple of years ago. My favorite songs were “I made it thru the Rain” and Copacabana!

I saw him play the Houston Rodeo in 2001. My husband slept through it but I really enjoyed the show.

Another fan here. Brings back memories of my childhood. My favorite song was always One Voice.

I love Barry Manillow! I've seen him in concert a couple times but it has been years! One of my favorite memories on the Fantasy in 2019 was going to see a Barry tribute guy! He was soooo good, but the whole audience consisted of me and one other lady! :rotfl2:

It's sad, but very true what you said. I've seen him many times, most of them from the front row. I wish I could see him one more time, but I don't think it's in the cards for me. For me, his music is timeless, and I will enjoy it until the end of my days. Enjoy your birthday, and the concert!

😄😄😄😄😄😄....so my sister 10 years younger likes Barry...so in 2003 we took a road Trip from Vegas to Little Rock and the contest was...who is on the radio station more.... Barry or Chris Martin... well she won... kinda... no one was actually declared a winner and then 2016 Chris Martin performance at super bowl..and I was on route 66... SO I called her and said Chris is all over the route.... well 2 years ago she's traveling east to Vegas and made her husband pull over in the middle of nowhere and snap a huge billboard photo...of Barry...she is now the official winner...Chris Martin is never going to have a billboard in the middle of nowhere

Sadly, I felt that way seeing Queen. I'd love to go again if they tour again, no matter who they have for their front man. We had Adam Lambert. It was a 2-1/2 hour sing along. 🥰

About a week before Covid shut the city down, we got to see Celine Dion. I think we were one of the last few concerts she did before becoming ill. She's doing her darnedest to come back. But, it just shows, you never know when will be the last time. :sad1:

I saw him in Oklahoma about 28 years ago. I went with some friends not expecting much, but it was a terrific show! I enjoyed it a lot!

Wow,….second row seats sounds awesome!
Have so much fun!

I like Barry Manilow a lot and have seen him twice. Once with my DH and then the other time I took my mom. Both concerts were great! (Concerts were in the last 15 years)

Longtime fan. I saw him live for the first (and only) time about 8 years ago. I went with my sisters (DH didn’t care to go) and the audience was probably 80% women, LOL. He puts on a great show. Enjoy!

I’ve seen him live three times. He is a consummate performer. I have always appreciated that he is a true musician first and a performer second.

Last night I waved goodbye, now it seems years…
