Anyone have any experiences using this service for weight loss?
I am considering it mainly to lose some weight before upcoming trip.
Please let me know bad/good experiences.

I did about 10 years ago. It is quite expensive. They check you out and all that stuff but they also put you on a food and exercise plan. You have to go back every month (it might be less I don't remember) to get weighed and talk with a dr.

To be honest if you are a generally healthy person I would look into Weight Watchers. It is cheaper and they also give you food guidelines to follow just like the Bariatric Clinic. When I went to the clinic they also gave you appetite suppressants but I was afraid to take them after the Phen-Fen problem.

My niece went to a bariatric clinic and they gave her weight loss pills. She almost had to have hr kidney removed because of the drugs.
Also, if you visit the clinic, please check with a pharmacist or your doctor to check compatibility of meds you may be taking.
Personally, I'd check with my primary physician and ask them to recommend a diet. Then I'd join a gym. Many have the services of a personal trainer. It might be a good idea to hire one at first to get a program tailored for you. The cost of the trainer would probably cost less than the bariatric clinic.
