Give them a call - this happened to me and then I forgot about it. They then called me to offer the code again

I had a similar problem because I registered and didn't complete the order but then it let me go ahead and it applied the discount although on my bank statement they have credited me with £30 and taken £63.95 out, in the meantime I also created an account in hubbys name as I was desperate to try and get one so now I have two Elmo's
