Bare Escentuals question

I have used BE for a few years now, but haven't tried the new Rare-minerals that you use at night. I see it comes in clear, but also different shades. Do the shaded ones come off on your pillow/sheets? How do you like it?

sorry, I don't know, but giving you a little bump. I do often wear my regular Bare Minerals to bed and it doesn't come off on my sheets. Hey, what's the point of the rare minerals anyway? Especially since they say you can wear the BM to bed.

The reason behind the color choices was that you might want to look beautiful when you go to bed, too. I have been using the Light since it came out, and there is a little transfer to your pillow, but nothing major and it washes out. It's a great product, and I wouldn't hesistate to get it and give it a try.

I bought the rare minerals. During the day, I use the BE fairly light, with just a smidge of light mixed in and applied with the kabuki brush--my skin is quite fair. The rare minerals light is much lighter in color than the regular BE light. One difference with the rare minerals is the applicator--no brush, instead there is an attached sponge-type applicator that you pat onto your face.

I find all BE makeup does transfer to my pillow, but not overly so--just a very light amount--not like if you fell asleep with liquid foundation on!

I love BE, but am on the fence as to the usefulness of rare minerals. I don't know that it provides any true benefit--other than looking pretty at night, which is not so bad, is it?
