bare escentuals heel me foot balm substitute

I bought a stick of this foot balm a while ago for use on my heels when I wear sandals. It has sort of a powedery coating on my heel which keeps my sandals from sticking to my feet. When your sandals are sticking to your feet and you walk, you get that "peel and slap" sound which I really don't like.

Anyway, BE is no longer making this foot balm. Does anyone know of a substitute? I don't want anything that leaves a greasy coating on my foot.
