Barbecue? TV screenings?

I'm going to Universal this month! First time since 2012. I'm sort of disappointed to see that Thunder Falls Terrace doesn't have ribs anymore. Does anyone know of a good place to get ribs or barbecue in the Universal Area? I don't mind ordering by DoorDash if the resorts allow it. I'm in Washington DC right now and our barbecue scene is pathetic.
Also, when I was there in 2012, I got a chance to do a preview screening for Hannibal. Does NBC still do these test screenings? I checked the boards but didn't see anything.

Bubbaloos, 4 Rivers and NBC grill at Citywalk. i dont believe they do the screenings anymore

I just watched a Rix Flix YouTube video and he was reporting that they were doing the screenings in the park today
