Barb and Dave: Thanks in advance

I just wanted to thank you guys for all your advise and your quick response to questions. I don't leave for another 5.5 weeks (for my first Disney Cruise) and you have helped me so much. I look forward to helping others after my cruise is over. Right now I am thinking that we will only go on one Disney Cruise (mainly cause we usually only go to one place once) but I am looking forward to seeing what Barb finds so fantastic about DCL to make her go back time and time again... I can just see myself signing up for the second cruise right after returning!!!!
Anyway, no questions here... just a thank you!

Thanks, and BEWARE...you may find yourself signing up for the next cruise BEFORE returning! They make it so easy now, with the Castaway Club rep. on board.
Tony and I got so much help from sites like this and www.wdwig.com when we went on our initial Disney trips, and even our first Disney cruise. This is our way of returning the favor and hopefully helping others get the most out of their vacation (and it's also great therapy inbetween cruises). And I have to send thanks to Dave too...whenever I get questions about things like Port Canaveral accommodations or noisy rooms or the other great stuff he has on his site, I know right where to send people

And yet one more big THANK YOU to Barb. and, Dave, and to everyone else!!

I just cannot even imagine taking our first cruise without all of the wonderful and invaluable knowledge that I have found here!! It would be like cruising 'in the dark'!

You know, on a 4Day cruise, it would be easy to spend half of the time just running around, trying to figure things out. And, to completely miss out on a lot, too. With you guys, I know I will be able to avoid the mistakes and confusion, and ENJOY!!!

I have learned SO much from both of your sites and this board where you faithfully share your knowledge with those of us less experienced.

I have a 'secret' cruise booked for my twin daughters 10th birthday next year and I was able to get room 5520! We have never been in anything but a Cat. 11 room. I would have NEVER known about this room if it weren't for you. And I just can't wait to see my daughters' faces when they walk in and see we have a window this time and a split bath!

It may not sound like a big deal, but believe me, it will be a wonderful memory and it is thanks to you telling us about these room that it was possible.

One other thing that helps.....when DH starts thinking I am too 'attached' to DCL (we have done 3 cruises, and I have 2 booked for next year), I just tell him how many times Barb and Tony go and he quiets him down .

Actually he loves DCL too, he just doesn't understand how I can 'talk' about it so much to a bunch of stranger online! On our last cruise I told him we were going to meet some people from the DIS board. He was really starting think I was losing it! But we had a GREAT meeting! It was fun having people to say HI to on the ship and stop and talk to in the hall when you pass!

Anyway, many Many MANY THANKS to you guys for all of your help!
