Banquet Help!

Hey, sorry for making this thread... but I need help,and you guys are generally pretty good with this kind of stuff...
I'm going to a drama banquet at an all boys Catholic school that I was in a play at this fall. The dress code is "business casual".

I'm wearing

this skirt

This sweater

a tank top- white or pink...

and I'm not sure what shoes to wear- heels or flats
here's the heels:

They're really cute, but 3.5 inch heels... lol

or else just simple black flats... which would you pick?

Im 5'10 so Id wear the flats, but if your short then wear the heels

I'd go with a pink tank top to match the skirt. Those heels look a little high, so if I were you I'd wear the flats.

I would wear whatever shoes you're comfortable in. Personally, I would just wear flats.

If you know that you can't walk too well in the heels, wear the flats.
Trying to walk in heels when you're falling all over the place isn't very attractive.
