Banking points

I've never banked before - it's only my second year owning, but I want to bank all my remaining 07 points (March UY). I had borrowed some for 06 use, so I only have about 1/3 of my total 07 points left to bank into 08. What is the timeframe to do this?

March's 50% banking deadline is November 30th, so you have to bank all of what you have left by then.

Since you have roughly 33% of your 07 points left, you can bank all of them up to the end of your 50% window...the end of November.

You don't have to wait until October. If you're positive you won't be using them before Feb 29th, 2008, then you can bank them now.

If you're not sure if you'll want to use them before that or not, then you can wait until October or November to bank them.

If you bank them then decide you want to go again this year, you can still borrow from next year then use your banked points for next years vacation. We do this frequently, would just kill me to lose a point or two. DVC is really pretty flexible once you get the hang of it.
