Banking Deadline January?

I apologize ahead of time if there is another thread for this question. I called myself looking for one, but didn't see one.

Why does the member website still show my banking deadline to be the end of January? I have an August UY. I had understood, the new banking rules, I would have until the end of March.

The old banking rules are in effect until the end of your current use year.

I have a June UY and the website stated that I would only be able to bank 50% of my points. According to the new rules I had to the end og January to bank all my points. I called MS and they were able to bank all my 2007 points. I don't think the website has been updated for the new rules.

Call MS to verify, but my understanding is that with an August use year, you have until the end of March to bank your 2007 use year points.

Like MagicMouseketeers, I believe they are just behind in updating the Website. Wouldn't be the first time, LOL.

Please, please, please call MS and verify this for yourself, but DH and I have an Aug UY as well. This is the written response I received through dvcmember.com:

Hello Bridgett,

Thank you for contacting Member Services.
The Rule of 4 goes into effect on January 1, 2008. So, in your case,
with an August Use Year, you will have until March 31, 2008 to bank up
to 100% of you Annual Allotted Points.

Counting December, you will have until the end of July to bank 100% of your points, the 8-month point.
