I am in the process of getting 50 pts at VGC. Most years i will need 60 points. I want to still get into during my priority booking window. Do banking or borrowing points change when you can book? I was disappointed in learning the one time use points only let you book at the 7 month mark.

As long as you are booking at your home resort it wouldn't matter if you use regular or banked points. You would be able to book at the 11 month window.
