Banking borrowing question

Okay, I am getting ready to call tomorrow to book rooms for June 2009. I will need to borrow some points from my Oct 2010 year to have enough points. I know I can't return them to their original year if I would have to cancel my reservations. But what about the points from my Oct 2009 year, if I have to cancel before May could I still bank them into the next year??? I just don't want to take a chance on losing too many points. That would be a sin!!

I assume you mean June 2010.

If you borrowed points, and need to cancel, those borrowed points would have to be used by September 30, 2010. But any October 2009 points could be banked in to the October 2010 use year, as long as ou cancel at least 31 days before your June arrival, and bank them by May 31, 2010.

Sorry, yes June 2010. Thanks for the answer. I thought that was right but wanted to be sure.
