Banking Borrowing and Transferred points

OK lets see if you can stay with me here. I am going to attempt at booking a 7 night stay in a 2BR at Aulani at the 7 month window for June 2014. This will cost 357 points here is my breakdown then i have a question(s)

My points are as followed

2013=24
2014=160
2013 transferred points=71
TOTAL=255

The friend that transferred me the 71 is also transferring me the additional 102 that i need for a 7 night stay, however she doesnt get them until August 2014 and since you can not borrow transferred points MS told us to have her make the reservation for us for the additional 2 nights and link them together.

OK I AM GOOD ip to here now the question is will MS make her wait an additional 5 days to reach the 7 month window in order to mak the 2 Night reservation?

it's 2 separate reservations: yours (for 5 nights) and hers (for 2 nights). she can't make "her" reservation until the 7 month window opens for "her."

(this is part of the reason i wince when people suggest buying 2 different UYs...it can cause hassles.)

So what would you do first the 5 nights and wait then 5 days for the 2 night reservation or book the 2 nights first and only wait 2 days to make the 5 night reservation?

sorry, i don't know much about aulani availability. i don't think it would matter but hopefully someone who has booked aulani will chime in...
