I can look this up, I know in my guidebook; but I would rather ask here. Please remind me about banked points. Can they be transferred into another member's account?

Yes, once banked the points must remain banked. But you could borrow the next year's points if you find you need some. That would leave the banked points in the following year for you to use.

To keep it simple:

Banked or Borrowed points cannot be transferred, but transferred points can be banked or borrowed.

Banked or Borrowed points are points moved from their original Use Year to another Use Year. They cannotbe moved back, nor moved again to a different year. They will expire at the end of their current Use Year if not used.
