The contracts should list exactly what you are to be getting. If it does not show the 8 points, then I would contact the resale broker to get it fixed correctly.
I sold a contract last year and when we listed the information, we listed banked points as though they were current UY points (my error as I wasn't thinking about the fact that they were banked, only about when they would be available).
The broker caught it when the got the statement from Disney about the account and we had to fix the contracts before sending them to Disney for ROFR.
