I am working on getting my husband added to my current deed and used LT Transfers to come up with the deed since it also involved a name change for myself. For those that have gone to a bank to get their closing documents notarized did you bring the 2 witnesses or was the bank able to get their employees to sign as a witness.

All are different so you have to ask at your particular one.

My credit union used someone there and the notary signed as the other witness as well as the notary which it stated was allowed.

But I have read that some require you to bring your own.

Thanks I actually just called mine to ask whether they are doing them and they told me I'd need to bring my own. But also told me about the notary verbiage at the end of the deed needing to mention whether I appeared in person or virtually which it does not state on the deed I was sent so I'm back to asking LT Transfers another question lol
