Gail, its not like what your thinking Bengal BBQ is across from IJ and its a little hut without outside seating (that is if you can get seating) they also have this bar like stand up area if there is no seating...they serve skewers of meat or veggie...chicken, and beef...my favorites are the Banyon Beef and the chiefton chicken skewer but my all time favorite is the safari...its bacon wrapped asparagus to die for...Ive never eaten the veggie skewer but I know they use cherry tomatoes, onions, squash, zucchini and they are the hugest pieces Ive ever seen...also they have these really great bread sticks called Tiger Tails and then SSS-innamon snake twists...they are open till the evening...but its a really popular place and I usually have to wait in line for a bit...but its so worth it... prices run between $3 and $4 per skewer and the bread is like $2...they also sell mickey pretzels, chips, fruit cups, sodas etc...
If you are looking for bbq ribs and chicken try riverbell terrace. We found the food there to be pretty good, and the portions are large. Bengal is more like a quick snack or really light meal (so that you have room for some ice cream!).
both sound good to me. I'll be there 4 daysso I'll try each one, I am still so confused on where to eat for Christmas Eve and Chrismas. Thanks for the info I appreciate it
