bandanas at wdw

I stopped by the local disney store at the mall yesterday to see if they had any bandanas for sale. I really don't like to wear hats or caps unless it is raining but do wear bandanas when it is hot. I will be at WDW in 13 days and would like to pick up a couple of disney theme bandanas to wear. Does anyone know where to look? I really hadn't planned any time for a trip to DTD so a store either in a resort or park would be best.

As a big bandana wearer, I have bad news for you, I have never found one in any store. There are the motorcycle style ones, but I prefer the big old hankey style. sorry

You might check over on the creative DISers page. I'm sure they can give you instructions to tie-dye one before you go. They have LOTS of neat ideas there!

In MK, you will find them in the store next to POTC - but they are pirate based from my recollection. You'll probably find them on Main Street, too. We found ours at DTD and DD (6) looked adorable in it. Have fun!

You could always buy fabric & do it yourself.

I'm not crafty but do amazingly well with fusible web for hems.

That way you'd have a smooth edge.

Or the Harley Davidson store in DTD has HD ones.

Like another poster said, I would try and make them...fabrics stores have some great Mickey Fabrics...it can't be that hard...right???!!!

most fabric stores have great disney printed fabrics. i say, cut out a square shape, hem the edges and make your own! you'll have the best bandanas on property! i do know that AT WDW, down near Pirates of the Caribbean, they sell pirate themed bandanas.

In what "section" were they in? We have a Hobby Lobby nearby and I go there A LOT but never saw them; the store is so big I know there's lots of stuff I probably overlook.
