My DH2B just ordered a Band Flex home gym last night and we should get it early next week. I think its like a bowflex but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. I'm just so glad that Dan wants to start to get in shape too. And now I won't have to rejoin the gym if I want to really work on toning.
