While at Walmart this past weekend, I came across Band-Aid Friction Block. I remember reading posts about using BodyGlide or regular deodorant to prevent blisters. I'm trying to avoid what happened to me last year -- I got blisters on the top of my foot and the back of my foot due to the Crocs clogs. My solution this year is to not use the Crocs clogs and just stick to my flip flops which was a relief for me last year.
This "Friction Block" looks like a mini deodorant stick. It also costs about twice as much as regular deodorant. I wanted to get your opinions if this is worth the $5.50+ I paid or just stick with regular deodorant? Thanks in advance.
