Ban Help?! (lol, it's not me)

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this itsy bitsy problem. one of my friends friend, got banned for saying <removed> I KNOW, really bad...... does anyone know how long she will be banned? my friend wants to know, and just trying to lend a hand Thanks!

EDIT: she thinks it 24 hour ban, but I thinks it is forever....

if it is forever, there is nothing that can be done. And thats pretty bad and if she is not banned for ever she should be.
