Baltimore-Washington Directions (Need help fast)

Leaving Saturday morning going to the Auto Train in Virginia..... what's the recommendation for route through Baltimore-Washington.

1)Take Harbor Tunnel in Baltimore or Ft. McKinley?
2)Take 295 South down to 395 all the way to 95 bypassing the inner loup? or take 95 directly south to the inner loup?

Remember I'm leaving 8am Saturday morning.

Hey, we're neighbors! We're from the Moorestown area.

We took the harbor tunnel last year and had no problems.

We stayed on 95 around the loop...again, no problems. We got to Lorton around 2 pm.
