We're trying to decide if we want to (or can) have a DP. Lower UK seems to be a popular place (and we've seen alot of great pics). So this is what we have figured so far for about 35 guests:

440 - viewing fee
875 - food (about $25pp)
200 - location fee
600 - bus transportation
100 - junk fees
-----
2215

Seem about right?

I am not sure but escort fee? I have heard on here that Disney is now including them in the site fee but they made no mention of that to me...that is around $90 then table and chair set up is $75 which can probably factor into your "junk" fees :rotfl: .

our dessert party this past march for 50 guests was right around $2,100 with the child in you dessert & a few extras at uk lower.

If you have a dessert party, do you have to pay for transportation to get your guests to the park? How does that work? Is it more expensive to do a dessert party near AA?

You have to pay for transportation unless all of your party plans on coming in through the regular guest entrance or unless all of your guests can meet at the International Gateway. ALso if you are wearing you dress you must have some kind of transportation either town car , limo, or charter bus because you can not walk through the park in your dress.
