I remember as a child getting a Mickey balloon without the ugly clear plastic balloon around it. Is there anywhere to get those anymore? I don't think so, but it doesn't hurt to ask the knowledgeable.

Is there any place to buy a color mouse head balloon inside the clear balloon outside the park?

Disney florist will deliver them. They won't last as long though because the florist doesn't use Hi-Float. You'll get a day out of them.

I don't think so; I now know that the disney store at the airport, they can deflate the balloon for you but I don't think they sell the balloons themselves. The only time we went to a disney store outside of the parks was when we visited a premium outlet mall and from what I can remember, they didn't sell balloons there either. I think the balloons you're looking for are trademarked to the disney parks themselves so the only other place you could try to find them would be second hand, deflated on ebay maybe?
