Balloons at the Fort??

We are coming to the Fort for my Daughter's 4th birthday and while I would love to have Disney do an inroom celebration for her it is not in the budget. I was lucky enough to find the Mickey head latex balloons and ordered a ton of them. Well, not really a ton but 20, that should be enough to make a 4 year olds head spin right? She saw the planning DVD and wanted to have as many balloons as that little girl did. LOL!!

Anyway, what I was wondering is if it is okay to tie them outside the cabin on the railing of the deck? I want to decorate for her before she wakes up on her birthday and thought I would extend the fun outside. I am hoping that she will think Mickey was up to some magic while she was asleep.

Is it okay to put stuff out like that?

That sounds wonderful!! Your daughter should be very happy/excited.
I have seen other people hang things, etc. at the cabins, especially during the holidays. I don't see why there should be any problem at all.

We have a camper but I have seen people decorate the outside of the cabins all the time. We go to the campground about 8 times a year, and always for my kids birthday. Last time we were there I asked where I could have the balloween blown up (expecting to pay a fortune!!!) and they did them for free right where you check in! best of luck, you will have so much fun!

What a cute idea! I don't think it would be a problem to put them outside. Be sure to snap some pix for us!

Oh thanks for the heads up about them possibly blowing them up for me. I am lucky in that my brother and his wife live in Orlando, so not only are they picking up a yummy Publix cake for us, but also getting a helium tank as well from a local party store. So if there are any other DISers in the area at the same time that need balloons blown up I guess our cabin will be the place to be. LOL!!

Thanks so much for all the suggestions, I am beyond happy about switching my reservations to the Fort, everyone on this board has been wonderful. Can not wait to visit!

Oh and don't worry there will be lots and lots and lots and lots of pictures. I think if my husband ever left me it might have something to do with me sticking a camera in thier faces all the time.
