Balloon Delivery Question

Hi everyone! Last year for our daughter's birthday we used the Disney Florist to get balloons and a Minnie delivered to our room. It was such a nice touch. We are going to be back up there next week for her 2nd birthday and was hoping to do something similar but it looks like the Disney Florist isn't currently operating due to Covid.

Does anyone have suggestions of how to get balloons delivered to the hotel (Grand Floridian) for her birthday?

That might be something you need to do yourself. I read on another thread that the resort will not put things in your room.
