Balloon animals at restaurants

I've noticed that several restaurants in the Orlando area will have a balloon artist stop by the table and offer to make something for your kids. My kids always want them, but I never know how much I should tip. Anyone have any tipping guidelines for this? Thanks for any help!

I've never experienced it in Orlando, but have elsewhere. Stumps me, too. We usually go with a couple bucks per creature, maybe 3-4 if it's more elaborate. I have NO idea if that's right or not, though!
