I found a recipe for brownies and decided to make them HOWEVER, I messed up and instead of adding the eggs after I added the hot water/chocolate/butter mixture (made on the stove so that the butter and chocolate bar melted with the water), I added the eggs BEFORE the hot water mixture and the eggs kind of scrambled a bit.

Will this mess up my brownies or taste bad? Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Ugh, I don't want to have to remake them since the ingredients are little expensive.

this may have changed your liquid to dry ingredient ratio since the eggs sort of solidify when they scramble. Why not just try to bake it and if it doesnt turn out, do it again. good luck

So I pulled them out of the oven and they look good.

I cut a little corner piece to see what it would look like and I saw a very tiny piece of what kind of looks like scrambled egg :confused3 or it could have been a small lump of flour. I tasted it anyway :lmao: and it tasted really good! I'm just hoping when I cut the rest of the brownies tonight to give to my family, there won't be a huge chunk of egg

Sounds like you made eggscellent brownies. You must be so eggscited that they turned out.
