Bakeries in Orlando

We are heading to Orlando in a week and while we are down there are planning a birthday celebration for 2 of my daughters. We are staying off property (not my choice) and need to find a good bakery where we can pre-order a birthday cake. I do not like using Publix since they have messed up MANY other cakes for us int he past. I would prefer a local bakery that can do a princess themed cake. Any suggestions would be great.
