Baked potato?

Can I get a baked potato at counter service in the parks?

The last few times I was there (last was 1/08) there was a cart right outside the Columbia Harbor House restaurant near Liberty Square that sold baked potatoes, fresh fruits and some other things. The potato was really good and best of all hardly any line!

We get them at that cart every trip. I believe they stop serving just before Spectromagic starts-don't know what time they start. You didn't ask any of this, but you can also get them at Coronado Springs' Pepper Market food court at dinnertime only (around $4). It's too bad they aren't available at the other parks. In addition, we used to be able to get them at:

MGM: the Ranch Market

Epcot: the fish & chips spot in UK and
the old Sunshine Seasons--they had a great deal of a baked potato,
salad, and chocolate chip cookie combo!

A baked potato sure hits the spot sometimes & is a healthy change from all those yummy fries.

Thanks for the help. We will be at Disney for a week in June with 30 teenagers. Because we are going as a group we will be using meal coupons for all counter service resturants. After eating burgers and chicken fingers for a week i thought a potato would be a nice change.
