Bahamas or Caribbean at end of March?

Ohhhhhhhhhh I can't decide where to go..... I had decided on Atlantis for spring break with the kids but our break is the last week in March and someone told me it will be cool there then... 70's. The other option was Aruba. Looks like the weather will be about 10 degrees warmer there and the hotels all look good but not like Atlantis.

So folks... Will it really be too cold in Nassau in March? Should we go to Aruba? All I want is to swim in warm blue water on a white sandy beach and be warm in the winter. I hate stupid winter.

What would you do? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA!

Did you ask this on the disney cruise line board? Might also be people there that have cruised to both and can give advice. Also cruisecritic.com has boards for the seperate islands that might be able to help.

The water in the bahamas will be chilly in March. Temps will probably be in the high 70's.

Aruba will be noticably warmer that time of year - both air and water temps. If you want to swim in the water and be warm then Aruba is your choice, not the northern Bahamas, which are about like Orlando that time of year - still cooler, especially the ocean water.
