Okay...I know I've seen it posted here before but I can't seem to find it....so does anyone know how to make the Bahmama Mama drinks from the ship? I need a fix :)

Here is one recipe I found for you Not sure if it is the one the ship uses, but it sure is good

In Mixing Glass With Ice Add:
1 oz Rum Light
1 oz Rum Dark
1 oz Rum Dark Jamaican
1 1/2 oz Sweet/Sour Mix
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine
Shake and Strain
Garnish: Cherry
Garnish: Orange Slice

Okay, along those same lines. Does anyone have the recipe for Planter's Punch. I really liked that one too.

No idea about the recipes, but wouldn't it be great if DCL made a cook book from only food on the ship. They could catagorize by each resturant. I know I would love to have a chapter just from palos desserts.

Here's the one from the ship. We got the recipe and samples:drinking1 during the Mixology class.

1/2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Meyers Rum
1/2 oz Creme De Banana
1/2 oz Malibu Rum
2 oz oj
2 oz pineapple juice
Dash of Grenadine

For the Bahama Mama's I use Coconut Rum, Creme de Banana, Baccardi regular Rum (I think you could use orange flavored too), Malibu Rum, Grenadine and I find getting those little cans of Dole Pinapple Orange juice (just the right amount actually) work great.

I use a half a shot glass for the rums and 1/4 shot glass for the grenadine and of course crushed ice.
