Bahama Bay Resort

Has anyone stayed at this resort? I was looking for some place inexpensive, but still with some decent amenities and this place came up in my searches. It looks nice in the pictures, but I'm worried that the price is too good to be true. It's $69 a night for a 3 bedroom condo.

Has anyone been here?

Also, I know it's not super close to Disney, but we'll only be in the park 1 day, so I'm not too worried about that.
