Bahama Bay or Summer Bay ?

Okay I have gone through the search function but have not gotten any really helpful info.

If you had to choose which one of these would you pick?

Do you know if either are gated?

Which is the newest?

Which is the cleanest.

I will take info on either.

Also if ANYONE has ever stayed at Marriott GV or Vistana Villages how do these places compare?

Summer Bay is gated, i have never stayed at Bahama Bay but Summer Bay was VERY clean. The playground pool they had was really nice. I think Summer Bay is closer to Disney also?

Summer bay is closer to Disney, Summer bay is Older than Bahama Bay.
