I was all set to get the Baggallini Messenger bag, my friend just got one and it would be good EXCEPT that it cannot convert to a backpack if I need to adjust the weight distribution. Then I saw the Traverse backpack and it looks good, but will it hold a DSLR comfortably I wonder? If anybody would know, it is the wonderful DISers here, so I thought I would ask. TIA.

I'm curious about this too. It looks like it could be my purse while traveling and flying, as well as my park tote.
I too have my canon camera i carry in it.

I've used my sling baggalini for my past 2 trips. I had no trouble with the weight distribution and it wasn't uncomfortable. I will be using it again for our trip in 2 months, I not have a dslr camera but do have a canon sx500is and there is PLENTY OF ROOM for that camera and then some. The baggalini is actually bigger than you would think. It fits a good amount of stuff, I carried my camera, autograph books, a few juice boxes, and still had room to spare.
