Baggallini tote recommendation

I bought an Alpha tote from Ebags in April and love it but the stitching has basically come out of one of the straps. I like that it has an outside pocket for tablets, two outside pockets (fit umbrellas, water bottles, etc.), inside padded area for a laptop, plus lots of other pockets. Baggallini will replace it but they don't have the Alpha tote. I think my options are the Grace, Alberta, and Avenue. Anyone have any of these?

That's the one I have to replace (which I love). The warranty is covered by Baggallini, though, and they don't have that one so I have to pick one from their website.

So you bought it at Ebags, where it is still available but Baggallini won't cover the cost, just a replacement?
If you really want the same bag, repurchase on Ebags and try to convince Baggallini to reimburse you. Worth a try. Good luck.

Right. Ebags won't deal with it because it was purchased more than 30 days ago so it's a Baggallini warranty issue. That's a good idea! Thanks
