Did you mean actual bagel shops (such as Noah's Bagels) located off of the property? If not, I know that the Coffee House near the Disneyland Hotel sells good bagels. Hope that helps.

If you're going for the whole bagel/lox experience, La Brea Bakery has a platter (in the sit down part, not express), that my mother had 3 mornings in a row last december. Just don't eat the capers. They're like the size of grapes and aparrently gross.
