Bagallinni Question

I was considering the Bagallinni, but I read some reviews that the strap you use to make it tight doesn't really work. I read several on the ebags.com site. Anyone have any trouble with that?

That would be an important feature for us because I'm 5'3 and DH is 6'3, so we would need to adjust it.

I love mine, it is the messenger bag. (Orange) I got mine before our trip last year. It worked great, I didn't have any trouble with adjusting the straps. I had always used a backpack before at Disney. But I have been converted, there is a spot for everything in this bag and it is really lite weight. I ordered mine off of ebags. I hope this helps.
