Hi All,

Due to leave for Disney in 10 days time, and unfortantly I had a car accident 11 days ago which has left me with whiplash :(

Was wondering if anyone knew if there would be a porter to assist with removing bags off the first carasole [after immigration, before the tram] as I am frantically trying to remember if I saw any porters there at all!

Thanks a lot

Perhaps someone else has more helpful info for you, but from my experiences there, I have never noticed or been aware of anyone at the carousels to assist. That said, if you contact the airport through their website they may be able to point you in the right direction.

If it were me I would probably just ask one of the other passengers nicely, depending how many bags I was waiting for. Not sure if that's cheeky .... :upsidedow

The porters are from the 2nd collection, not allowed any further than that.
There is usually at least one person around the luggage area helping to keep the luggage straight and moving, I am sure he/she would put it on a trolley for you. Once thru customs there is always a couple of people taking the luggage onto the belts for anyone who does not want to take their own.
If you can't push the trolley from 1st collection to the belt drop I suspect they have some special assistance if you contact the airport.
