Bad Sportsmanship in Checkers...

I was playing a girl in checkers tonight, and she got pretty upset with me. She said, and I quote, "You are a ###!" Kinda hate to think what that might stand for. The funny thing is, I'm not even that great at checkers. Guess I was just lucky tonight. I just told her good game and left the room after that.

It can be upsetting to have someone be rude or mean in the game. It's a virtual game, but our feelings are real. I remember my first ever game of Mansion and my team mate kept saying "You stink" and "I wish I had not played with you". It took me a long time to go back to mansion. Now I could probably clean the mansion floor with him! You will learn to get past it and realize there is probably a young kid behind that avatar who needs a lesson in being a good sport. Here's a hug for you... Oh and when they say ignore is your friend, they are sooo right!
