Bad service at Central Reservations

I was wondering who all has had a bad rep. at CRO. I called to make our ressie for March and I asked if there were any discounts available. She asked what I qualified for and I said AP, FR and AAA. She acted as it were a problem to go back in and check on it. I asked her if I was bothering her by asking and she replied no in a sarcastic voice and then said no discounts were available. I told her nevermind and hung up. I called right back and spoke to another cm. I was told the dates were ok and that I qualified for about $15 a day AP Discount. Over a 3 night stay I saved $45 which will be used in WDW anyway so what's the big deal. I've had more rude cm's at the CRO than I can count. I have gotten some nice one's too though. I'm looking for a 500 day counting system so I can start making my reservation without problems. Anybody know a counter like that on the web?
 
When I made reservations about two weeks ago I was asked on the automated system would I take a survey at the end of my call. This survey was about 10 questions on how my call was handled. My call was handled very well so the CM I spoke with got a good grade.
