Bad review of Crystal Palace

I read a review for the CP on Deb Willis's site and she doesn't recommend the CP. She feels that the changed the menu for lunch and dinner after it was rennovated and its not as good. Anyone else find this??

AHHHH!!! I hope not. That's our favorite place for breakfast but I have not been there since the renovation

We enjoyed our breakfast there two years ago but were disappointed with our lunch there last year. That was before it was renovated though. There was anything necessarily wrong with the lunch, it just didn't make much of an impression on us. Breakfast on the other hand, was fantastic!!

I just got back a couple of weeks ago. I will say the breakfast buffet, seems pretty much the same to me and was as GREAT as it's always been. I never had eaten at CP for lunch or dinner before the renovation, but did try dinner on this last trip. I was disappointed in the selections and didn't think the food was all that good. We definately will return to CP for breakfast, but will not go back for lunch or dinner since the menus are similiar.

I had eaten dinner at CP in April 02 (before renovations). We didn't LOVE anything about the place.

We tried lunch this last trip Feb 03 (after renovations). We liked it much better. I found some of the dishes really yummy (sorry...don't remember exactly what).

I thought we were the only people that did not enjoy CP. We had lunch there last year and were very disapointed in the food. There was not that good a selection and the meat was very very rare. The characters however were awsome but our DS has outgrown the Pooh gang so doubt we will do this one again.

I am going for breakfast and so far the reviews seem positive. I didn't consider going to the lunch or dinner, and now I'm even more happy about doing the breakfast buffet.

CP is a favorite of ours but only for breakfast. This restaurant hasn't failed us yet for that meal.

We had a fantastic experience there last week! We ate Breakfast at CP on a whim. Without PS, we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table at 10:30am.

The food was AWESOME, and I'd be the first to say if it was not.

My only complaint is that we didn't get much interaction with the characters. That's okay though... they were targeting the kids and since we have none..... Part of it was, once we finished breakfast, we didn't want to wait around for characters, as we saw many people doing.... we got to interact with Tigger at least!

We had dinner at the Crystal Palace on Saturday, March 1st 2003 for my husband's birthday and it was the best meal we had the whole trip! We have eaten there before and found it to be the best place to eat in the Magic Kingdom. The menu consisted of roast chicken, prime rib, salmon (excellent), and the best array of desserts! There is something there for everyone. Even my 8 year old ended up eating at the adult buffet. I highly recommend this restaurant regardless if you want breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!

I give it a 10!

We ate there June of 2000. I did not think the food was good at all.The characters were very good, giving lots of attention to every table, and taking the time to pose for pictures. We will not be going back this trip in Aug. instead I think we are going to take the boat over to FW and try out their buffet for a mid-day break.

We just ate there for breakfast last week. We had a 10:10am seating, so we treated it like brunch. Great character interaction (kids loved the parade ) and the food was good. I have read to avoid lunch and dinner.

DW and I always go to CP when we are in the world. We love the breakfast, by far it's the best of the three meals. We have never been impressed with lunch or dinner.
