Bad Experience at Cape May Cafe

We have always enjoyed Cape May and were looking forward to our reservation during our last trip. The price was increased right before our trip so we paid more and got far less than expected. I wondered if anyone could give me an email address to send in my concerns to Disney?

Quite a bit of the food was sub par.
I usually love the seafood chowder....it was chewy and had absolutely no flavor. It was awful!
The lovely rolls they usually serve...the outside was very dry as they had been allowed to sit out waaaay too long.
The fried fish nuggets were hard as a rock. Several "hot" items were just tepid.

I will say the baked salmon, mashed potatoes, salads and ice tea were all still very good, but I very much missed my flavorful bowls of seafood chowder.

Our waiter was V-E-R-Y slow. We have always had good waiters so this also surprised us. We're very low maintenance so just bringing ice tea or the check should have been easy.

Unfortunately, this is the type of thing that needs to be addressed immediately with on-site management. It's unlikely that they've instituted policies that would make these issues consistent from day to day. Whether you want them to get better or you want a discount/refund, you need to do it when it happens.

Oh, no. I don’t want any refund. I just wanted to alert management so hopefully they would return to the better practices they had before. If that’s not possible with an email address I will let it drop. I cannot complain at the restaurant like some people are able to do.
